Why is it important to have a warranty?

It may seem obvious, but having a warranty on an instrument allows you to request a repair without having to pay an additional cost. All Gometrics products are manufactured with the utmost care and a high standard of parts and components. In addition, they are subjected to strict quality control. However, it may happen that for some reason beyond our control, a defect may occur. Our warranties are generally established for a period of two years and cover the replacement of defective parts, checking the correct functioning of the electronics and delivery of the device.

What are the conditions of the promotion?

We detail the characteristics of the promotion:

1. If you send us your equipment for an ENAC calibration, the warranty is renewed for two years (except sensor).
2. We offer you a preferential deadline: all equipment received from this promotion will be calibrated within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt.
3. All T240s can be upgraded to the new T244 range with improved performance (great improvement in accuracy and 1 year uncertainty) for an additional price of only 146 euros.
4. The keyboards in bad condition will be replaced free of charge if you take advantage of this “Guarantee” promotion.
5. Equipment will be adjusted to factory tolerance at no additional cost.
6. The promotion is valid until April 30, 2021.
7. In the event that the instrument is irreparable, a renewal plan will be offered at very favourable conditions.
