Process Validation
Within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), validation is one of the main quality requirements to be met to ensure consumer satisfaction.
Process validation is the establishment of documented evidence that provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process will consistently produce a product meeting predetermined specifications and quality characteristics.
The objective of process validation is to demonstrate the ability to provide, in a continuous and reproducible manner, homogeneous products according to quality specifications.
At Gometrics we are specialists in performing the following validations:
- Qualification of dosing systems and primary and secondary conditioning lines for solids, semi-solids and liquids.
- Validation of solid, semi-solid and conditioning manufacturing processes. Robustness testing of a process, repeatability of result
- Validation of cleaning processes, evaluation of the "worst case". Robustness testing of a process, repeatability of result
