Thermal mapping and validation in winter station

During this cold season, BPD (Good Practices of Pharmaceutical Distribution) requires a thermal mapping and / or rating, to record and document the temperatures of the environments where thermo-sensitive products are stored or transported.

The thermal mapping is oriented to any field in the industry where it is necessary to document temperature cycles: qualification of autoclaves, sterilization tunnels, climatic chambers, freeze-dryers, refrigerators, freezers, deep freezers, raw materials warehouses or finished products, refrigerated vehicles.

To perform these thermal validations, Gometrics counts on a well trained multidisciplinary team of professionals, who will be able to do the requested study, providing the client with their knowledge to improve their processes.

The mapping service is performed with dataloggers of temperature and relative humidity contrasted with calibrated standards, which are placed in strategic points of the enclosure to accurately monitor the parameters to be controlled.
