| Gometrics has designed and developed a system for on-site calibration of flow meters that are installed in your mill.
It is a highly reliable and versatile system that covers all types of flowmeters: Vortex, mastics, coriolis, ultrasonic, electromagnetic, turbine, etc. This system allows to carry out the calibration and adjustment of your flowmeters, either in your mill or in our laboratory, . By having an optimum calibration system, the calibration is done in one hour since the instrument is disassembled, avoiding to send the flowmeter to calibrate outside (manufacturers, laboratories). Thanks to an innovative design, the measurements in our flow bank are robust and resistant to possible turbulence that could occur. Standards are certified by accredited laboratories. |
In addition to this service of calibration of liquid flow meters, Gometrics performs calibration or verification of air flow meters and other gases.
To do this, we can use flow patterns that operate with different measurement principles : differential pressure, laminar flow, sonic nozzles. |

The test flow, once circulated by the equipment to be calibrated (DUT) and by the master (MASTER), is discharged to a large capacity tank.The pattern measures the temperature and density of the liquid at all times to ensure a greater accuracy in the measurement.
